DELIVERY
All orders must be placed 24hrs before delivery.
If you require flowers delivered same day or to a suburb not listed on the website please contact Fleur on 0413 084 034 to discuss.
All delivery costs are determined by the postcode and delivery fee is added to your order before processing.
Please ensure all delivery details including spelling of names, address and contact numbers are correct.
If there is no one at home at the time of delivery, the order will be left in a safe place out of the weather as the delivery person deems appropriate.
In the event that incorrect delivery details are provided or the order is not able to be left safely, it will be returned to Fleur Creative and we will contact you to re-arrange delivery which will incur another delivery fee.
If you choose not to pay the fee for re-delivery the cost of your flowers only will be refunded.
IMAGERY
Please note that flowers are seasonal and the website images reflect a specific time of the year.
Arrangements will be made to resemble the look and feel of the images on the website. Some blooms may need to be substituted to what is available at the time of order.
RETURN POLICY
If you deem a product to be faulty please be in touch within 48hrs and we will happily replace or issue a refund if we are satisfied that the product is indeed unsatisfactory.
Please email fleur@fleurcreative.com.au to share any concerns about your purchase and please include images if able.
Items deemed to be unsatisfactory must be returned to Fleur Creative within 48 hours for a refund or replacement to be issued.
Please understand that Fleur strives to source the freshest blooms for every order and we are happy to work with you to rectify any concerns that you may have regarding your blooms.
